Pitch Calendar

All pitch usage must be have an event booked on the Donaghmore GAA Football calendar. This includes training sessions and home games. At least one coach from each team group will require edit access on the calendar.

Install Google Calendar App

Mobile: Download and install the Google Calendar app from the App Store or Play Store.
Web: Access Google Calendar via your web browser at calendar.google.com.

The pitch calendar can also be integrated with Samsung Calendar and Apple Calendar if preferred.

Donaghmore GAA Pitch Calendar

The Google Calendar apps has toggle checkbox in the hamburger menus to show / hide each calendar, if there is too much clutter.

Getting edit access

Contact Colin Woods to request access to the Pitch Calendar. You will need to provide a Google Account email and will receive an email with the access link.

Creating events

Ensure you are adding events to the “Donaghmore GAA Football” calendar and not another calendar.

Each event should have the pertinent infomation first following this format.

<pitch> <team> <grade> <gender> <description>

The <pitch> should be either MP or TP for Main Pitch or Training Pitch. To book both pitches use MP&TP
The <team> should be the age grade playing. e.g. U10, U18, Senior, etc..
The <grade> should be use if there is more than one team. e.g. G1 to indicate Grade 1, Dev for a Development team, D1 for Division 1 team or Res for a Reserve team.
The <gender> should be Girls, Boys, Ladies or Men.
The description should then details what the session is. Use Training or for games use v Opposition Team
