The club continues to offer our sincerest condolences to the Bullock, Currie and Barnard families who suffered such devastating bereavement after the tragic event in Cookstown. We extend our full support to the community and especially to the Bullock family at this most heartbreaking time. We wish all those injured a speedy recovery and again offer our support to those teenagers suffering from this traumatic ordeal. May the souls of Lauren, Connor and Morgan Rest well with God and give the community around us the strength to support the young people of the area.

PITCH SIDE:
U6.5’s: Started out on the pitch yesterday (Monday) evening and will continue every Monday 6:30-7:30pm U8/U10 Boys: Again this group started back on the grass yesterday (Monday) and will continue every Monday 6:30-7:30pm. U10 lads: have a blitz on Sat 30th March. Venue TBC.
U14 lads: Result 11-18 v Cookstown 0-05. Well done lads. Training continues Thursday 6:30-7:30. League Rd 4 away to a decent Ardboe side is TBC. Check social media for confirmation of throw-in.
Minor Lads: Tough opener v the Moy saw the lads beaten by 2 points. 3-13 to Moy’s 5-09. Training continues Wednesday at 7:30pm with a friendly Sunday at 11am. League Rd2 is away to Kildress on Wed 3rd April. Check social media for confirmation of throw-in.
Seniors and Reserves: First league game is this Sunday away to Omagh St Endas. Throw-in is 3:30pm and 5:00pm; sure to be a great opener and well worth the trip to Healey Park
P2-P7 Ladies: Starts again next Monday 1st April at 6:30pm.
U14 Ladies: Training continues Tues 5:30-6:30. The Girls are playing in the Tyrone Feile competition on Saturday. We are hosting this round at 3pm with Ardboe, Coalisland, Eirrigal Ciaran and Aodh Ruadh the visitors so come out and support the girls.
Minor Ladies: Training continues Tues and Thurs 5.15-6.30pm Next league Fixture Rd 5 away to Cookstown on Tues 2nd April.
Senior Ladies: Training continues Mondays and Thursdays 7.30pm-8.30pm. Special Mention: To Gerard and Hollie for playing in the Go games half time match at Tyrone v Galway at Healey Park. Both were an sensation after attracting great attention from the crowd and on social media.
Belfast City Marathon: Ladies Minor Coach and Marathon supremo Pete Conlon is taking on the Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 5th of May. Training is going well and Pete is battling through the poor weather and staying injury free. The ladies youth teams are helping Pete raise sponsorship which will go towards both the ladies football teams and Torrent Buddies. Please look out for one of the girls or their coaches and give as generously as you can to support Pete in this huge effort.
IN THE STAND:
The club encourages and welcomes everyone to keep an eye on games coming up and try and get along to watch our youth matches whether you have somebody playing or not. We have an exceptional crop of youth players and teams coming through, both girls and boys. Check out the fixtures above and whether you are new to the village, an ex-player, a family friend or just a football fan there’s plenty of talent and competitive action coming up. Come along and cheer the village youth along and be part of the roller coaster that is our GAA season.
Volunteer Day: Saturday 30th March, in preparation for the senior season kicking off the club is calling on all members and families to ‘chip in’ to give the club and grounds a spring facelift. Any contribution of time or skills will be welcomed. Please keep an eye on social media for further details.
Stairway to Heaven Walk – Saturday 27th April: The Cush family would like to thank everyone for their support and donations to date- it is greatly appreciated. Please can anyone who intends to do the walk please confirm via Facebook or to any family member before this Sunday (today) 31st March. The family are required to give estimated numbers for insurance purposes.

Club Donaghmore: Club Donaghmore is a monthly-subscription of £12.50 (£150 per year) which goes directly to the running of the club (facility improvement, utility bills, travel costs for teams). All Club Donaghmore members are also entered into a monthly prize draw for £150 first prize and £50 second prize.
