Connecting Generations: St Joseph’s are running an excellent community initiative called ‘Connecting Generations’. The Pupils and Staff are launching it by hosting an afternoon of Dinner, music and chat for anyone over 65 in the community. The Dinner will be hosted in the school on Dec 15th at 12:30pm. Maith thú to all involved.
Sympathies & support: The club, all our players and members continue to offer our thoughts, prayers and support for all families in our club and our community dealing with sickness and bereavement at this time. A wee reminder that as the festive season approaches we consider not just the elderly but anyone who finds themselves lonely and make an extra special effort to call or visit.
Go Raibh Maith Agaibh: As this is officially the last notes of the club year before the AGM. I would like to personally thank the committee and coaches for all their hard work and commitment throughout 2019. The club would also like to give a special mention to our lotto sellers and all their loyal customers who are such a big part of our funding; along with all the businesses who sponsor the club so generously. Lastly to all our members who played any part in volunteering. Your time, enthusiasm and experience is precious to the club and makes it what it is; the heartbeat of the Donaghmore Community.
