Club Donaghmore draw for March: Colin Murtagh wins £150 and pauric Gallagher wins £50

Culture: There is still a few places for anyone looking to take up our beginners Irish class. Please contact Seán Antón Ó Conalláin on 07709714100 or saconlon15@hotmail.co.uk  1 hour Classes are due to start after Easter and run for 8 weeks at £20 per person.

Training and Fixtures:

U6.5’s: Continues every Monday 6:30-7:30pm

U8/U10 Boys: Continues every Monday 6:30-7:30pm.

U10 lads: training continues Mondays 6-7pm.

U14 lads: Result: 7-18 v Ardboe 2-05. A dominant start to the league.  Well done lads and coaches Training continues Thursday 6:30-7:30. Feile: look out for confirmation of Tyrone Feile 2019,  which we expect to be next Sat 13th and we may be hosting!! Round 6: is the return game away to Galbally on 16th April. Check social media for confirmation of throw-in.  

Minor Lads: Rd2 v Kildress is now tomorrow (Thurs) V Kildress throw in 7:15pm. Training continues Sunday at 11am. League Rd3 is home to Rock next Wed 10th April. Check social media for confirmation of throw-in.

Seniors and Reserves: Result: Omagh 0-17- Donaghmore 0-08. Next league game: is Sunday 7th  home v Derrylaughan- throw-in 2:15 and 3:45. Fr Eamon Devlin Park welcomes everyone for the first home game of 2019.  Can anyone available to help coordinate parking etc be at club for 1:45. Also all patrons and visitors are asked to avoid parking in the Lismore area.

P2-P7 Ladies: Continues Monday’s 6:30-7:30pm.

U14 Ladies: Training continues this evening (Tues) 5:30-6:30pm on the convent pitch and Sat 2:15-3:30. League starts: this Thursday 4th at home v Errigal – throw in 6:45pm.

Minor Ladies: Training continues Tues 5.15-6.30pm and Thurs 7:30-8:30 with seniors.  Next league Fixture Rd 5 away to Cookstown on Tues 2nd April – throw in 6:30 pm.

Senior Ladies: Training continues Mondays and Thursdays 7.30pm-8.30pm. New format 9/11 aside league starts Monday 8th away to Ardboe at 7pm.

IN THE STAND:

The club encourages and welcomes everyone to keep an eye on games coming up and try and get along to watch our youth matches whether you have somebody playing or not.  We have an exceptional crop of youth players and teams coming through, both girls and boys. Check out the fixtures above and whether you are new to the village, an ex-player, a family friend or just a football fan there’s plenty of talent and competitive action coming up. Come along and cheer the village youth along and be part of the roller coaster that is our GAA season.

Belfast City Marathon:  Ladies Minor Coach and Marathon supremo Pete Conlon is taking on the Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 5th of May. The ladies youth teams are helping Pete raise sponsorship which will go towards both the ladies football teams and Torrent Buddies. Please look out for one of the girls or their coaches and give as generously as you can to support Pete in this huge effort.

Stairway to Heaven Walk Saturday 27th April:: The Cush family would like to thank everyone for their support and donations to date,  it is greatly appreciated. Final preparations are being put in place and all walkers must be confirmed this week.  Please contact via the Stairway to Heaven Facebook page.

Tyrone Summer camp: We will be hosting the Tyrone summer camp on 22nd-25th July. Camp is open to boys and girls aged 5 to 14yrs.

**IMPORTANT** Membership is overdue!! Anyone who still hasn’t registered – It’s easy via www.donaghmoregaa.ie/club-membership/ or joining Club Donaghmore.

Club Donaghmore: Club Donaghmore is a monthly-subscription of £12.50 (£150 per year) which goes directly to the running of the club (facility improvement, utility bills, travel costs for teams). This subscription includes automatic membership for you, your spouse, and any of your children under the age of 18. All Club Donaghmore members are also entered into a monthly prize draw for £150 first prize and £50 second prize.
