Lotto:  5-11-15-17. There were 17 match 3 winners. Next Draw Mon 24th August. Jackpot: £2600

On-Line Lotto is functional and will be available soon.

Senior Championship V Ardboe: An extremely frustrating first round exit by the minimum of scores.  The lads played really well for most of the game even though they were chasing it from early.  An exciting finish where we at least deserved the draw saw Ardboe win by 1 point.  Couple of injuries to be nursed before we resume for the rest of the league starting with Dromore on Friday night at home. All support welcome.

Senior Ladies Championship: again a disappointing exit to the championship.  The girls played really well but again a slow start saw them chasing the game.  Hard luck girls, get the focus on 2021 season and thank-you for all your hard work showing great example to our youth players.  Thanks also to our senior ladies mgt especially Ciaran and Stevie for their commitment and knowledge.

Thank-you: to our Volunteer Committee.  The grafters that get most real work done round the club.  Work has begun on our new Dug outs and hopefully fence to follow.  A huge appreciation from the club must go to Martin Mc Guigan and the team at Oddball Engineering Solutions who designed and manufactured the dug outs and were very generous in the process.

Health and Well Being: We can be very proud of how the club was represented in the community efforts and we can now hopefully look forward to the Health and well being committee delivering the self care plans they had set out previous to the lock down. We will have an update after next committee meeting in early September.

Covid-19 Update: The onus has very much been put on members during the return to play. We continue to seek the co-operation and patience of our members. Parents can stay at matches and whilst spectators are now welcome; social distancing remains a necessary evil.

REMINDER: All players and members must keep up to date with their health questionnaire confirmation before every training.  Wash your hands as often as possible, help to sanitise all equipment, adhere to club recommended procedures.  Please consider others.

The onus in the successful and safe return to play is very much with our members.  A responsible and diligent approach to how we continue to contain the covid-19 virus will ensure safety and good health for all and will allow the path to some kind of normality to continue.

Sympathies & support:

The club and all its members offer our prayers and condolences to all those in the community dealing with illness and bereavement.  We continue to support all our members in any way possible. Please respect the delicacy of wakes and funerals observing covid guidelines were and when requested.
