Culture: The club is hoping to host a Céili in the near future. Great night’s dancing for young and old and of course a great chance to meet new people. Look out for dates and don’t be afraid to come along and experience something new but old?
Scór na nOg: A great response so far so maith thú agus go raibh maith agaibh to Mari and Clare. First round of scór na nOg is this weekend 18th/19th/20th of Oct. Plenty of disciplines including music, recitation, quiz, solo singing and ballad group. Another great opportunity for our youth (U17’s) to get together, meet new friends and express their talents. Irish Class: Our beginner and intermediate classes continue Tuesday’s 7pm for beginners and 8pm for intermediate. Everyone is enjoying getting to know each other. Classes have begun well and everyone is looking forward to hearing more and more Irish spoken amongst our members. No matter how much or how little irish you have this is a great wee course at a pace that suits all. Supporters: Only a hand full of games left for the club this season but a crazy busy weekend of football this week. The U13 season is short and sharp with only 5 games played off in quick succession. The U16 lads great success continues with both the championship final (for 1A at 1:30pm) and the league semi final (for 3A at 11am) this Saturday 19th. Please go along and give everything you have in supporting these lads. Great bunch having a great season. The seniors and reserves have Clonoe this weekend with only Killyclogher left after that.

U16 lads: great win last Monday by 1A to book their place in this years championship final against their big rivals Ardboe. Championship final is fixed for this Sat 19th, 1:30pm in Eglish. 3A have also got their league semi final to look forward to this Saturday 19th at home at 11am. Fantastic season for this big group. Ladies Football:
P2-P7 Ladies: Welcome break for a month or so then we’ll be thinking of our annual presentation night and plans for next year so stay tuned. Again please keep the girls active with a football at their feet even if it is in the house.
U12 Ladies: Have won through to the next stage of the County Knockout blitz which should offer a great finale to the season. Well done again girls and mgt.

Sympathies & support: The club, all our players and members continue to offer our thoughts, prayers and support for those in our club and our community dealing with sickness and bereavement at this time. We would also ask that as the summer ends and autumn/winter approaches members consider the elderly in the community and offer whatever support and company they can.
