Tyrone Feile Champions 2019: The logistics of getting the Feile winning team down to Knockmore for the All Ireland Feile are moving at a frantic pace. Please look out and support the fundraising efforts of the U14 lads and their management.
First up: is the very famous and funny St Mungos, Luganulk Umpire strikes back at the Bardic Theatre on Sunday 16th June at 7:30pm, tickets available at Bardic Theatre and Stewarts music store. Great nights craic – tickets are already selling fast.
Then: the U14 lads will also be hosting a coffee morning on Sunday 23rd June at 9:30am in the Torrent. The club would love to see as much support in Knockmore as possible. Please note accomodation is already at a premium. A great weekend for the lads and the village as a whole.

Culture: Our Irish Language for beginners continues every Wed at 7pm. Feedback so far is fantastic. Thanks to Seán Antón for delivering the class. Training and Fixtures:
U6.5’s: Continues every Monday 6:30-7:30pm
U8/U10 Boys: Continues every Monday 6:30-7:30pm.
U10 lads: Training continues Mondays 6-7pm.
U14 lads: The lads are into championship mode, they now play Cookstown (away) on Saturday 25th at 12 noon in the first round. Keep an eye on social media for results and fixtures.
Minor Lads: A very busy week for the Minor Lads with matches Tues (today) v Pomeroy (away); Fri 24th V Killeeshil (away) time tbc; then Monday 27th V Clonoe (away) at 7:15pm. Check social media for confirmation of throw-in.
Seniors and Reserves: Next league game away to Moy Sunday 2nd June. Throw in is back to usual time of 2:15 and 3:45pm. Reserves result 4-21 v Tattyreagh 1-08. Seniors result 5-12 v tattyreagh 2-08. Good result that will hopefully be the kick start to the season. Well done lads and mgt.
P2-P7 Ladies: Continues Monday’s 6:30-7:30pm.
U14 Ladies: Final League game of the season is home to Ardboe on Tues 28th May at 7pm.
Minor Ladies:The minor ladies defeat in the championship semi final brings a respectable first year at grade 1 to an end. Next for these girls some will join the senior panel while the younger ones can finish exams and take a break until the U16’s season starts in June. Well done girls and management.
Senior Ladies: Result: 4-06 v Glenelly 1-13. 2 wins out of 2 for our senior ladies in their first back in the top division. Perfect start and well worth watching and supporting. Round 3 is away to Cookstown tomorrow evening (Wed 22nd) at 7pm; then Rd 4, Thurs 30th away to Carrickmore at 7pm.

IN THE STAND: The club encourages and welcomes everyone to keep an eye on games coming up and try and get along to watch our youth matches whether you have somebody playing or not. We have an exceptional crop of youth players and teams coming through, both girls and boys. Check out the fixtures above and whether you are new to the village, an ex-player, a family friend or just a football fan there’s plenty of talent and competitive action coming up. Come along and cheer the village youth along and be part of the roller coaster that is our GAA season.
